I'm very happy because my good friend and daring performance artist and poet Gabrielle Civil is back in the States after a much deserved year-long sabbatical from her job at the College of St. Catherine.
She's been having an incredibly fruitful year of art and ideas and travel and I can't wait to reconnect with her and her brave, beautiful, sensuous, intellectual, edgy artwork.
